I graduated from Hacettepe University Medical School. I did my Orthopedic residency in Ankara Numune Hospital.
I got my ECFMG Certificate and I did Orthopaedic Tumor Surgery Fellowship between 1991-1992 at University of Washington, Seattle, WA for one year. I worked with Ernest U. Conrad, M.D.Prof. at University of Washington Medical Center, Childrens Hospital and Fred Hutch Cancer Centers.
Between 1992-1993 I did Pediatric Orthopaedic and Scoliosis Fellowship at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital, Dallas, TX for one year.
After returning to Turkey , I started to work at Baskent University Medical School, Department of Orthopedics. I worked for 32 years and during the last 18 years, I worked as a Chairman at Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, Baskent University.
I got acupuncture training at Gazi University Medical School in 2018. After getting the acupuncture licence, I founded Acupuncture Clinic at Baskent University Ankara Hospital.
Between the years 2018 and 2025 I worked both as a Chairman at Department of Orthopedics and Acupuncturist at Acupuncture Clinic.
